I was so excited when I order the shoes. They look even cuter in person.My daughter is 18 months, wears size 5.5, I got size 6. It was really hard to put the shoes on because the shoes have false laces and the opening for the baby's foot is too small. We finally did it after about 3 minutes, but just the thought that I would have to do it several times a day, every day, made me return them.This is a major design flaw. Maybe they test them on plastic dolls, so of course they work just fine, but on a soft baby foot it just doesn't work. Too bad -- loved the look.
I saw these shoes in the stores and was contemplating on purchasing them, but due to the time constraint had to pass them up. The size I tried on were a 6 (true to size) and in black. They looked great on, but the fit was not comfortable. I wish the shoe tongue would lay down flat and if they were a little softer. They are made of a thicker rubber that does not contour with my feet. I am a little disappoint by the feel of this shoe, but they do serve their purpose as boat shoes or for slippery surfaces.I gave this product two stars for the color. I ordered this in Vivid Pink, but vivid pink was not close to the color I received. It was more of a grape juice purple. So disappoint by the color choice. If in doubt, order the black!
