Im a hopeless romantic for shoes and in my never endibg search for the perfect foot cuddle buddy (I'm shoe polyamorous) I think I've found my one true FOOTY call.This is a solid distance shoe. Nevermind the 10 or 12 mm drop (I'm also a dropist) -you hardly, if at all, notice it. I was skeptical to go with this sboe but couldnt find a good distance shoe. Ive had luck with New Balance for racing flats (rc5000) and those served me well but i decided further was my new goal.I tried the Brooks PureConnect but found it.too clunky ; Nike Free 4 flyknit feels like mud.I ran 6.7 miles in them at 6:15 right out the box and couldnt have been happier. The shoes are supportive but not overly so. The soles are cush but not.too thick so you feel enough of the ground to let you know youre still running.They are breathable and flexible enough to feel good about going fast. The grip is solid but not so much on loose gravel (duh)Conclusion: looking for a solid "minimal" distance shoe? Look no further. These Boosts are styled minimally but offer an exceptional ride for even the pickiest.Thanks Adidas!
