I used to buy running shoes based on what was on sale. I never paid much attention to features.I started having problems with my knees and hip so I went to a running store and had my stride evaluated and they told me I pronated. They recommended a support shoe. I bought the Adidas Supernova and a pair of Brooks.I alternate between them and after 2 months I prefer the Adidas.I notice my knees feel better during and after a run with the Supernovas.I just wish they came in better colors.So far they have held up well, I generally run on a paved pathway and sometimes some smooth trails and they handle both with no issues.I will buy another pair when they wear out.
These socks are very thick, do not breathe, and they make your feet sweat.I can't stand to wear them at all so in the trash they went along with my money. I bought GoldToe Powersox at Big Lots for $5 instead and they are great and obviously much cheaper.
