I got these to replace an old pair of Adidas Adissage Slides. The Adissage were great for about a month then all the rubber nibs began breaking off. My floors were frequently littered with jettisoned sandal nibs. The Zeitfrei looked to be better because they were nib-free. While the Zeitfrei is more comfortable and softer than the popular Adissage, the slickness of the Zeitfrei sole fabric causes the sandal to routinely slide off your foot in mid-step. I've tried to tighten the velcro strap but it's the slickness of the satin-like sole fabric that causes the slippage, no way around it. Not very practical.
These shoes are great very comfortable, rugged bottom and basicly weightles. I recomend theses shoes to anyone who desires a great product
