I found the bag to be big enough for all my work and gym stuff and I love the outside wet holder and the inside small pocket for items like my keys,id and cell phone and the insert is removable so it be completely collapsed into a gym locker and I would recommend to someone who has a lot of stuff to carry on a daily basis,

The shoes were shipped in the shoe box with one strip of tape around it, it was not shipped within another box.The box was crushed when I received the shoes.I did keep the shoes because they were not damage and the fit was good.
