Terrible service. I ordered adidas id2 goggles in white, the picture of the product showed white frame with black strap, I received the style your own goggles. Not only were they the wrong product from what was advertised, but they didn't even include everything that the style your own should come with ( stickers and pens for creating your goggles) These were supposed to be my boyfriends Christmas gift, so i tried to contact Bikesomewhere about this mistake to try to exchange for the right pair. It took several emails and phone calls to even hear back from them and when I did all they said was that they sent us the right pair. After sending them pictures of the pair we had gotten they offered to give us 25% off. But I still did not have what I wanted or what I ordered. So I decided to go ahead and return them and get my money back. So we sent them back on the first of the month, my account showed that they received them on the 8th, waiting for my refund was nerve racking because they didn't even want to respond to my emails or phone calls in the first place, so I notified Amazon of the problems we had been having with the seller, now at the end of the month and after filing a claim through Amazon I have finally received my money. I find it ridiculous that I ordered a product on December 5 contacted them December 24 got no reply until mid January and had to file a claim to make sure I got my money back at the end February. I will never purchase fromBikesomewhere agian, and certainly do not recommend them!

Item arrived on time. I love these shoes they are soft and warm on the inside and flexible. The sole is very stabile and they are great for hiking. The fit is true to size and the price is good. I have rather wide feet and this shoe is like made for me :)
