Most comfortable hiking boot I've worn on the trails. I've have done numerous full day hikes through snow/slush and the gore tex is as advertised, not a lick of moisture leaking into these puppies. The continental shoe bottom provides great traction for any type of trail and condition. The shoe is extremely light while providing magnificieint sole protection from sharp rocks and rough terrain, these things can mow through anything! The lace technology is second to none, it provides easy access in and out of the shoe without any hassle and is extremely easy access. People claim the width of the shoe is an issue, I'm quite skeptical as I have a decently broad foot and I've had no problems with the width, it's probably the competition writing faulty reviews.
