Great while wrestling and for quick warmups. I had trouble using them when mostly standing and teaching classes for 8 hours a day, 4 days a week. Stopped wearing them after the second day. Takes a while to lace up. Been great for actual fight sessions. Better control than being barefoot. Hug my foot well.
