The bag itself is great.We own two.Very nice quality with plenty of room for gear and ball.I originally ordered two; one in all black and one in black/orange.The black/orange was a last minute decision before Christmas.It was disappointing to open the box and see they sent an all black bag, I was wanting different colors so my sons wouldn't get their bags mixed up.But since there was no time to get the problem solved before Christmas I wrapped it up anyway.My son opted to just keep the all black bag rather than go through the hassle of returning it.The seller (or Amazon possibly) gave us a $15 refund for the inconvenience.That was appreciated and an adequate amount.I appreciate Amazon's customer service and it keeps me a loyal customer.
