This is a very good pair of Tae Kwon Do shoes, that gets the job done.It has very good grip on the hard terrazzo floor on typically work out on, while still allowing me great mobility to kick even on spinning hook kicks.They are quite comfortable and are very light weight; the weight is very important to me as I do not want to practice kicking in a heavy shoe. After using these shoes twice a week, 90 minutes at a time, for 3 months, I still see no noticeable wear and tear.The shoes I've had previously from Pine Tree fell apart much more easily than these Adidas'. The only reason I don't give this 5 stars is that the laces are short. It's hard to get a good knot in (I typically double-knot) and the shoe unties every now and then. This is a minor quibble, but a quibble none-the-less.Still, I highly recommend this shoe.
